I started my real estate career in 2005. During the first 6 months in the business, I sold 18 homes. After which I have continued to sell approximently 40-50 homes a year. I have rental property and have flipped homes. This has helped me to evaluate properties with by clients to be able to set a fair market price and get the home sold quickly. I volunteer at NHS which is a nonprofit that helps homebuyers. They have grant money for 1st time home buyers, help people who are in distressed situations, and help to revitalize communities. I advocate for my clients as a single party broker to protect their interest in the transaction. I love my job because I get to help people make their American dream come alive and create wealth. |
